This is a program that's helping the poor people like me. I am happy I benefited from this today. They gave me machine to check my blood pressure. If an abnormal result is detected, our team will provide guidance and refer you to the appropriate healthcare provider or specialist for follow-up.
We partner with licensed clinicians and accredited imaging centers, follow standardized protocols, and conduct regular quality reviews to ensure every participant receives accurate and reliable results.
We begin with a free community screening — blood pressure, blood glucose, and health risk counseling. If a result requires further evaluation, our team refers you to a partnering imaging center or specialist. We coordinate the appointment and follow up to ensure you receive the care you need.
