Contact UsD&A Preventive Health Foundation Inc. was founded in response to the devastating impact of late diagnosis of preventable disease. Our mission is grounded in lived experience, clinical expertise, and compassion.
We believe early screening saves lives — and that access should never depend on income or circumstance.
We recognize that diseases such as stroke, colorectal cancer, diabetes, and hypertension continue to affect millions of people, particularly within underserved communities where access to screening and healthcare resources is limited. Through our mobile, community-based screening programs, we bring preventive healthcare directly to the people who need it most—detecting health risks early, providing health education, and connecting individuals to appropriate follow-up care.
Our work is driven by a simple belief:
To improve health outcomes and save lives by providing accessible, evidence-based preventive health screenings, education, and care navigation services that empower individuals and underserved communities to detect and address health risks before they become life-threatening conditions.
Our purpose is to reduce the burden of preventable disease by removing barriers to early detection and care. We exist to bring life-saving screenings and health education directly into communities, helping individuals identify risks early, access timely treatment, and make informed decisions about their health. Through prevention-focused initiatives, we strive to create healthier communities, lower healthcare costs, and improve quality of life for generations to come.
